Key points:

Deliver a stable, secure, and fully supported Windows 11 environment.
Minimise operational disruption during the migration.
Provide onsite technical support to resolve issues quickly and improve user experience.
Ensure all devices meet Windows 11 compliance requirements.
Capture insights and feedback to refine deployment processes and training materials
Ability to resolve technical issues as briefed.
Capable of hardware moves, floor walking support, USB‑based imaging, and other project‑related tasks.
