Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.00pm
Hourly Salary: £12.65 per hour
Role Type: Temporary to permanent
gap personnel acting as an employment business are currently recruiting for a Wood Machinist for our client based in Avonmouth, BS11. As a Wood Machinist you will join a team where you will become a key and valued member providing support.
Duties:
Preparing and shaping wood and wood-based materials for various products
Using hand and machine tools according to specification.
Quality control.
Adhere to safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other team members and departments on projects.
The Candidate:
Experience of wood CNC work (Setting, Operating or Programming).
Comfortable working as part of a team and independently seeking opportunities for training and development.
