As a Work & Health Support Coach, you’ll help clients overcome health challenges that affect their work. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday (9–5) outreach role, working in the community and typically covering 1–2 boroughs. Most of your time will be spent face-to-face with clients and partners. There may be the odd home working day, but this is not fixed.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage a caseload of clients with health and employment needs.
Deliver coaching and practical employment support (CVs, interviews, job search).
Advocate for clients with employers to resolve workplace issues.
Build partnerships with clinicians, GPs, and referral agencies.We’re looking for:
Experience managing caseloads with health or employment needs.
Ability to motivate and coach people into sustainable jobs.
Strong partnership skills with clinicians, employers, and referral agencies.
Experience in a challenging role supporting vulnerable clients to achieve goals, while working to performance targets yourself and managing your own wellbeing.
