Job Description
Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team within Achieving for Children on a permanent, full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assess the needs of children with disabilities and their families.
* Develop and implement care plans, chair meetings, and ensure all actions remain on track.
* Work closely with parents, carers, and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes.
* Utilise a range of interventions to support children and ensure their voice is central to care planning.
* Contribute to the development of service projects and support colleagues through mentoring or supervision.
* Liaise with local specialist schools and other community resources.
Salary and Benefits:
* Base Salary: £42,771 - £45,750 per annum
* £3,000 annual market supplement
* Hybrid working arrangements

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent)
* Social Work England registration
* Previous experience within a Children with Disabilities Team or similar setting
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
