Job Description
London Borough of Lewisham's Housing Needs Service is looking for a Void Coordinator to oversee and manage temporary accommodation voids. The ideal candidate will be able to:
* Contract manage contractors to ensure quality service delivery and value for money.
* Ensure voids are turned around quickly.
* Reduce void back log.
* Draft SoW's using the relevant SoR codes.
* Act as a point of contact between different departments.
* Excellent IT skills for presenting
