Our client, a leading global organisation, is partnering with a prestigious end client based in London. We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a talented Workday Financials Consultant to join a dynamic team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.

Workday Financials Integration experience required
* Workday Financials Integration Lead
* Rate: 800 - £900/day (Inside IR35)
* Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days on-site)
* Duration: 6 months
* Start Date: 25/08
Responsibilities:
* Lead Integration Initiatives: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions, with a strong focus on Workday Financials.
* Technical Expertise: Provide strategic direction and hands-on guidance to technical teams, ensuring adherence to integration best practices.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure integration solutions meet business needs.
* Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot integration issues, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of integration specialists, driving performance and supporting professional growth.
About You:
* Proven experience delivering Workday Financials integrations.
* Strong understanding of integration tools, platforms, and best practices.
* Skilled in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience leading technical teams.
