About You We are looking for an influential leader with a strong track record in workforce strategy and development within Adult Social Care, health, or related sectors. You will have: * Significant experience in strategic workforce planning and programme delivery. * Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across sectors and influence at a senior level. * Knowledge of recruitment, retention, training frameworks, and sector regulations (including CQC standards). * Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills. * The ability to work at pace, deliver results, and adapt to changing priorities.
