Develop and implement a strategic workforce planning framework to meet future organisational needs
Use people analytics to generate actionable insights and influence decision-making
Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into workforce requirements
Integrate workforce planning with key people processes, including talent, learning, and performance
Identify capability gaps and shape interventions to build organisational capacity
Champion evidence-based workforce planning and a culture of continuous improvementProfile
Proven experience in strategic workforce planning or organisational design
Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
A collaborative, data-driven approach with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders
Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder environments (public sector experience desirable)This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic HR professional to make a tangible impact and help shape a forward-looking workforce strategy.
