Working Foreman -Skipton
Work commencing 27th May
We are currently looking for an experienced and hands-on Working Foreman for a project in Skipton.
Role Responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead on-site teams to ensure works are delivered efficiently and safely
* Coordinate trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship
* Read and interpret drawings and specifications
* Monitor progress and ensure timelines and deadlines are met
* Carry out hands-on work where necessary (e.g., carpentry, minor finishing)
* Liaise with clients, project managers, and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times
* Maintain site documentation and daily reports
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in office or commercial refurbishments
* Strong background in trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, general building)
* Ability to lead a small team and take a proactive role on-site
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
