CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER / CARPENTRY WORKING FOREMAN - KINGSTON UPON THAMES (KT1 2EE)
📅 DURATION: 5 Weeks
💷 RATE: £260 - £280 per day (experience dependant)
🚀 START DATE: Friday 18th July
We're looking for a freelance Site Manager/ Carpentry working foreman to provide 5 weeks work on a fit out project in Kingston upon Thames, KT1. You'll be joining an experienced team and will primarily oversee all site operations.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a commercial fit out project with a focus on safety and compliance
Maintain excellent health, safety and environmental standards
Conduct quality control procedures and site safety checks
Liaise effectively with site teams and subcontractors
🔧 Essential Skills & Certifications:
Black CSCS Card
SMSTS
First Aid at Work
Basic DBS
Solid IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and leadership skills
