Working Foreman with Streetwork’s Supervisor, Black CSCS Card & SSSTS
Location: St Albans AL1
Rate: £275-£300 per shift
Duration: 4 week’s work.
Hours: 7.30 to 5pm
Hours Paid per day: Minimum 9 hrs paid per day
Job Type: Temporary
Job Description:
Stridden Limited are recruiting for an established Civils & Groundworks Contractor who are currently looking for an experienced Working Foreman with Streetwork’s Supervisor, Back CSCS Card & SSSTS to manage their site in St Alban’s AL1.
Key Duties:
* Supervise and lead operatives on site.
* Co-ordinate and lead tasks including drainage (clay pipes), benching up manholes, brickwork, shingle pipes and tarmac works.
* Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
* Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks and enforce health and safety protocols.
* Monitor progress and report to management team.
* Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Working Foreman with Streetwork’s Supervisor preferred
* Previous experience with 278 works
* Minimum of Black CSCS Card
* Streetwork’s Supervisor Qualification
* SSSTS or SMSTS Qualification
* Must be physically fit and capable of manual handling
* Ability to commute to St Alban’s site reliably
