Working Supervisor
We are recruiting an experienced Working Supervisor to join a specialist fencing contractor on a long term infrastructure project in the HP18 area.
This is a hands on role, supervising the site gang while also assisting with the works when required.
Location: HP18, Aylesbury
Rate: £28 per hour
Hours: 9 hours paid per day
Duration: 18 to 24 months
Start date: Tuesday 1st September 2026
Parking available on site
Responsibilities
• Supervising daily fencing and associated civils activities
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials
• Delivering site briefings and toolbox talks
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to the required standard
• Monitoring progress against the programme
• Liaising with site management and other contractors
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Requirements
• Valid Gold CSCS card
• Valid SSSTS
• Previous experience as a Working Supervisor
• Previous fencing or civils experience
• Comfortable working on the tools when required
• Full right to work in the UK
