We're looking for an experienced Supervisor to join a top civils team working on a major £850M infrastructure contract in the Southampton and surrounding areas
⏱ Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
🛠 What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising and working alongside a 3-4 man gang
Overseeing ducting, drainage, and pipe laying works
Ensuring quality, safety, and productivity on site
Coordinating with site management and plant operators
Getting hands-on when needed - this is a working supervisor role
