Job Description
To make efficient use of resources while providing excellent service to the tenants. Scheduling resources and planning work over a period of days to weeks to ensure that tenants are given a good service and that the resources are used efficiently.
1.Experience
Building maintenance related experience
Experience of organising resources efficiently using a variety of electronic systems
Experience in producing reports, maintaining records, updating systems
Experience in working with customer service staff and in a customer focussed environment
Awareness of budget control
