Job Description

A leading company in the FM industry is searching for a Works Programme Manager in Home Based to oversee the lifecycle of billable works and maximise revenue.

The Role
   
Oversee end-to-end management of all billable works from initial scope through pricing, approval, delivery and close-out. 
Validate labour, materials and subcontractor costs in collaboration with operational teams. 
Monitor project profitability and ensure delivery within agreed margin targets. 
Produce accurate quotations, pricing schedules and financial forecasts. 
Maintain a clear and visible pipeline of billable works to support forecasting and resource planning.You     
Experience managing billable works, projects or minor works within FM or construction environments. 
Strong financial and commercial acumen with responsibility for margin performance. 
Experience producing quotations, pricing schedules and financial reporting. 
Strong stakeholder engagement and client management skills. 
Knowledge of contractual compliance and governance processes.
