Workshop Assistant (Entry Level)

£26,000 - £28,000 + Full Training + Overtime + Progression + Private Healthcare

Site Based (Commutable to Slough)

This family-run company is a bespoke manufacturer who predominately work within the defence and marine sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an enthusiastic Workshop Assistant to join their team.

This is a Monday to Friday, days-based role, joining an experienced workshop team. You will receive full on-the-job training, allowing you to develop your technical skills while increasing your earnings through overtime opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have some hands-on experience using tools or previous exposure to a workshop, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or mechanical environment and be eager to build a long-term career within a growing business.

The Role:

Full workshop training provided
Assisting with the build and assembly of bespoke projects
Monday to Friday, days-based role
Overtime and progression opportunities availableThe Person:
