Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day workshop operations for a prestige automotive brand.
Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled team to achieve performance targets.
Ensure full compliance with brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain workshop efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience as a Workshop Controller at a franchise car dealership.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
The perfect candidate will have a technical background but this is not essential
