Job Description
Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive family-run Dealership in the Leicestershire area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service team and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
Benefits:
Basic Salary: £32,000 + Bonus
OTE: £45,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
1-in-3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am - 1:00pm
Travel Allowance and Staff Discounts Duties:
Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
Handling customer complaints professionally.
Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to workRequirements:
Have a previous working experience within a Main Dealership
NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent.
Strong Leadership skills
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy WorkshopHours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00.
The Salary being offered up to £32,000 with OTE £45,000.
