Workshop Controller

Portsmouth

Full Time – Permanent

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Every third Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Salary is dependent on experience

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our client based in their Portsmouth depot.

You Must Have:

  * Proven experience managing a commercial workshop

  * Strong leadership and organisational skills

  * Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines

  * Experience working to KPIs, budgets, and targets

  * High attention to detail and a diligent approach

  * Automotive industry experience (essential)

  * HGV technical knowledge (essential)
