Workshop Controller - Channel Island Location
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workshop Controller to join a well-established aftersales department based in a scenic channel island. This role includes a relocation package assistance, such as assisting with deposits, flights and ferries rental accommodation assistance, and the advantage of a flat 20% income tax rate, offering a higher net income compared to mainland UK.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the workshop. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, managing workloads in line with technician skillsets, monitoring team performance, and addressing customer enquiries in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Key Requirements:
Strong Workshop Controller background within the retail motor industry.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK
