Job Description
Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive Autocentre in the Mansfield area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Supportive working environmentDuties:
Allocating work to the Technicians within the Workshop
Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Keeping alert with industry updates, and internal procedures.Requirements:
Have a previous working experience within a similar role
Strong Leadership skills
Sublime customer service skills
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
UK Work Authorisation
Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy WorkshopHours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30 and alternative Saturdays: 08:00-13:00.
The Salary being offered is up to £35,000 with OTE £45,000.
