Job Description
Questech are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and successful automotive buissness known for it's family values, strong team spirit and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
This is an exciting oppertunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a company where people come first. You'll be part of a supportive, close-knit team that takes pride in thier work, providing top quality maintenance and repair services.
£45,000 per year
Mon-Fri: 07:00-15:30 / Mon-Fri: 15:30-00:00 (Rotating)
Sat: 07:00-12:00 (2 out of 4 weeks)
The Role:
* Daily running of the workshop managing a team of technicians ensuring work is carried out correctly and efficiently.
* Develop and support your technicians providing on the job guidance as well as an input into their training requirements.
* Work closely with our service advisors to manage the workload while delivering excellent customer service.
* Support the service manager in delivering operational excellence and delivering key performance tasksBefore You Apply
