Our client is searching for a hands-on Workshop Engineer who lives and breathes fault-finding, thrives in a busy workshop, and loves getting stuck into a variety of tech—from laptops and desktops to printers and POS systems.

What you’ll be doing
Diagnosing and repairing PCs, laptops, printers, and EPOS/point-of-sale systems
Following workshop procedures and safety/ESD standards
Managing your own workload and hitting quality targets
Completing all documentation and system updates accurately
Collaborating with your Senior Engineer to keep priorities on track
Staying up to date with new technology through ongoing training
Supporting continuous improvement and delivering top-tier serviceWhat we’re looking for Must-haves:
Strong hardware repair experience (PCs, laptops, printers)
Confident fault-finding skills, especially with EPOS equipment
Previous workshop experience
Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently
Great communication skills and high attention to detail
Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with solid time managementNice-to-haves:
3+ years break/fix experience
J2, Aures, Geller tills repair knowledge
HP, Lenovo, Toshiba accreditations
