The Role

Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a fleet of recycling, agricultural and plant machinery.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
Undertake preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs to minimise downtime.
Maintain workshop standards and complete all relevant service documentation.
Work on a wide variety of equipment including loading shovels, shredders, screeners, tractors and commercial vehicles.
Requirements

Experience as a Plant Fitter, Agricultural Engineer, HGV Technician or similar engineering role.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
Experience working on heavy plant, agricultural or recycling equipment.
Knowledge of machinery such as JCB, John Deere, New Holland or similar manufacturers would be advantageous.
