Are you a hands-on engineer looking to join a forward-thinking company where your skills will be valued and rewarded? We're looking for an experienced Workshop Engineer to join our team in Leamington Spa, working day shifts only with a competitive salary of up to £50,000.
The Role:
As a Workshop Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment
Performing routine servicing, inspections, and testing
Assembling, refurbishing, and overhauling machinery and components
Ensuring all work meets health and safety standards and company quality requirements
Keeping detailed service records and reports
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a workshop or engineering environment
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
