Job Description
We are delighted to be working with our client who are looking to recruit a full-time permanent Workshop based Engineer to join their friendly established team. This is a great opportunity to join an established local business in a busy and varied workshop role.
As a Workshop Engineer you will be expected to carry out a range of engineering tasks, including
•Repair
•Maintenance
•Refurbishments/accident damage repair work on a range of equipment
To be considered for this Workshop Engineer role you will ideally have experience from within a Heavy Plant engineering, automotive, LGV Engineering, Material Handling or Agricultural engineering industries.
Ideally you will have a relevant qualification or apprenticeship, have an understanding of hydraulic and auto electrical systems. You will hold a clean driving licence.
Preference will be given to those who have welding experience.
Working hours are Mon - Friday (40 hours per week) with regular overtime available (paid at time and a half)
* Great basic salary starting at £41,500 Depending on experience/ qualifications
