Workshop Fitter (Plant Machinery)
£30,000 £40,000 (OTE) + Progression + Training + Enhanced Holiday + Pension

Plantforce are a national leader in the supply of advanced plant hire solutions, supporting major infrastructure and energy projects across the UK. Due to ongoing expansion, they are now looking to grow their team of skilled engineers at their Midlands depot.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and experienced team, working in a modern workshop with top-tier plant machinery. You'll be responsible for fault finding, repairs, servicing and inspections on a variety of equipment, as well as preparing and testing attachments.
This role would suit a Workshop Fitter or Plant Engineer looking for a stable and rewarding role, with opportunities to develop technically and progress within a well-established company.
The Role:
Maintenance, servicing and repairs on plant machinery
Electrical and hydraulic fault finding
Equipment inspection and preparation
Installation and testing of plant attachments
General workshop upkeep to high standards
The Person:
Strong mechanical background in plant or heavy machinery
Welding skills desirable
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK
