Workshop & Field Service Engineer – Plant & Vehicle Hire – Highlands - £34,500 - £37,000 + overtime + call out = £45k - £55k OTE +++ Company Van + Company Pension + Life Assurance + Employee Discount Scheme + Employee Assistance Programme + 23 days holiday + bank.

Based in the depot in Nairn, as Workshop & Field Service Engineer you will work within a dual workshop and field based capacity where you will be responsible for the servicing, inspection and repair of a wide range of plant, tools and equipment including heavy vehicle plant, forklifts, compressors, telehandlers, generators etc both in the depot and on customer sites throughout the Highlands as well as escalating complex faults where required and completing job documentation and service records.
As Field Service Engineer you will ideally be qualified within Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Mechanics or Plant Machinery but more importantly you will have a proven track record of working on the repair and service of plant machinery or similar equipment; possess a strong understanding of plant mechanics including mechanical, electrical and hydraulics as well as fault finding.
