Job Description
We are looking for a Workshop Fitter to join the team at our clients busy depot in Bristol. You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance activities on a fleet of Telehandlers ensuring they are safe, reliable, and ready for hire.
Day-to-day tasks will include:
*
Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
*
LOLER safety inspections
*
Scheduled servicing
*
General repairs and damage assessments
You’ll be a key part of keeping operations running smoothly by turning machines around quickly and to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For
*
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance (or equivalent qualification)
*
Experience working with plant machinery and diesel engines
*
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*
Able to work independently and under pressure
*
Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
*
CSCS card (advantageous but not essential)
