Workshop Fitter (Progression to Team Leader)
£15ph - £17.50ph DOE (£45,000+ OTE) + Progression to Team Leader + Premium Overtime + Training + Chance to Gain NVQ + Employee Assistance Programme + Paid Volunteer/ Charity Days
Commutable from Weston-Super-Mare, Bristol, Clevedon, Portishead, Nailsea, Bridgwater, Glastonbury, Wells, Burnham-on-Sea, and surrounding areas

This company are specialists in providing heavy machinery to clients within the construction, rail and other industries. They have recently grown with more depots opening around the UK, with further exciting growth plans coming in 2026.
On offer is a varied role with great training and overtime earning potential, where you will be part of a team carrying out service, maintenance and repair of heavy plant machinery, such as diggers, dumpers and excavators, while leading a small team of engineers.
This role would suit someone from a heavy mechanical background, such as plant machinery, construction equipment, rail, HGV, agricultural, REME or similar, who is looking to step into a Team Leader position.
The Role:
Monday - Friday, 42.5 hours
Service, repair and maintenance of various heavy plant equipment
Leading a small team of engineers
Plentiful overtime paid at premium rateThe Person:
From a mechanical / heavy engineering / vehicle background
Candidates from a plant, HGV, REME, agricultural, rail, or similar backgrounds encouraged to apply
