About the Role:
We are looking for a practical, hands-on Workshop Joiner / Installer to join our specialist team.
This role combines workshop joinery and on-site installation, making it ideal for someone with carpentry, timber work, or joinery experience who enjoys a varied, physical role and takes pride in quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:

Build custom wooden crates and structures using hand tools and timber
*
Measure, cut, and assemble materials based on job specifications
*
Travel to client sites to construct crates
*
Ensure secure and professional finishes
*
Read and interpret measurements, dimensions, and technical drawings
*
Work safely with heavy materials in both workshop and on-site settings
*
Act as a professional representative of the company when visiting clients
Requirements:
✅ Experience with hand tools and timber (joinery, woodworking, or site fitting experience preferred)
✅ Physically fit – able to lift, carry, and work with heavy materials
✅ Excellent measuring and basic mathematical skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and quality finish
✅ Polite, well-presented, and professional when working with clients
✅ Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
✅ Immediate availability
✅ Open to a temp-to-perm opportunity after 12 weeksBefore You Apply
