My client's company specialize in providing high-quality structural steel solutions for a diverse range of projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Workshop Labourer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and assembly of structural steel components.
* Operate and maintain workshop machinery (FLT) and tools (Grinder) under supervision.
* Load and unload materials, ensuring proper storage and handling.
* Perform routine cleaning of the workshop area.
* Assist skilled tradespeople as needed, including welders, fabricators, and fitters.
* Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
* Perform other general labour tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a workshop or construction environment preferred.
* Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
* FLT License or expereince .
* Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour tasks.
* Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver’s license is an asset.
