Workshop Manager (Turf Division)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Overtime
Location: Exebridge
Holt Recruitment are working with an established and successful agricultural and groundcare dealership group who are seeking a Workshop Manager to join their (Turf Division) team at the Exebridge depot. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role, overseeing the Turf Division workshop and driving customer support excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage technicians within the Turf Division workshop
Organise daily workload and approve technician time
Ensure high-quality, accurate diagnostics, repairs, and documentation
Support technicians with diagnostics and provide mentoring, coaching, and training
Liaise with customers on job progress and completion, including proactive customer visits
Monitor work in progress and close jobs in a timely manner
Promote product support services to new and existing customersSkills & Experience
Previous experience in a service management or workshop manager role with strong technical knowledge
Ability to lead a team, resolve problems, and prioritise workloads effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong IT competence and ability to learn new systems
Flexible to work extended hours and weekends when requiredBenefits
Salary up to £40,000 + Overtime
Up to 35 days holiday including bank holidays
