Role: Workshop Manager
Salary: £48,000 - £53,000
Location: Sandy
Hours: Monday to Friday – DAYS
Engineered Connections are working with a leading plant and machinery fleet company to recruit an experienced Workshop Manager to lead their engineering team at the Sandy depot.
Key responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations in the workshop and yard
*
Allocate and manage workloads across engineers and yard staff
*
Carry out inspections and sign off completed work
*
Support engineers with diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding
*
Promote and maintain health and safety standards
*
Ensure smooth turnaround of plant machinery including excavators, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers and more

What you’ll need:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance (or equivalent qualification)
