Workshop Manager required for an Automotive family-run independent garage, in the Birmingham area.
The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Manager is £39,000, with a Monday-Friday work pattern, which is also complimented by no weekend work!

Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Looking After the Repair Centre Site. Requirements:
Have a previous working experience within a Workshop Manager / Site Manager role
Strong Leadership skills
Rich automotive technical knowledge.
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
