Workshop Manager
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 basic, £42,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Hours: Five day 40 hour working week across Monday to Saturday, (Day off in week for every Saturday)

Workshop Manager Responsibilities
Lead the workshop by example and manage the daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
Staffing, training, and development
Allocate jobs to technicians, balance workloads, and meet deadlines
Manage workshop budget
Workshop Manager Requirements
Previous experience working in the role is ideal
At minimum you must have Five years of experience as a Vehicle Technician
You must have Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance to be considered
