Workshop Manager Didcot £53,000 - £54,000 + Pension + Generous Holiday + Training & Development + Public Sector Benefits Are you an experienced Workshop Manager from an automotive, plant or agricultural background? Do you want a leadership role where you can stamp your mark on a team, drive improvements, and play a vital part in keeping emergency vehicles on the road for the county? Based in Didcot, this organisation plays a critical role in supporting the NHS ensuring that every vehicle is safe, reliable, and ready to respond when lives are on the line. You'll be managing a highly skilled team of supervisors, administrators, engineers, and parts specialists within a modern, well-equipped workshop. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience leading a team of engineers/ technicians in a automotive, plant or agricultural environment.
