Job Description
Our client, a market-leading commercial services company, is currently recruiting a Workshop Operative to join their workshop team. The Workshop Operative will be responsible diagnosing faults, refurbishing components and quality checking a range of commercial machines,
Key Responsibilities for the Gas Engineer:
Diagnosing faults with pipework, wiring looms, interfacing parts, motors, wiring cables and ensuring a manufacturer standard level of repair is adhered to.
Refurbishing components such as water pumps, grinder assemblies and carrousel assemblies
Quality checking and adjusting components or assemblies against required specification
Carrying out a broad range of preventative maintenance tasks, refurbishing components, making sure all equipment is left in good working order.
Skills Required for the Gas Engineer:
Previous Workshop experience is desired
Strong communication skills
