We are seeking a reliable and motivated Workshop Operative to join our busy workshop team.
As a workshop operative you will support day to day engineering and manufacturing operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
This is a hands on role suited to someone practical, hardworking, and keen to develop within an engineering environment.
You will be required to;
Assist with powder coating/paint preparation and application.
Load, unload and handle materials safely.
Carry out basic quality checks on finished parts.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment.
Follow Health and Safety procedues at all times.
You will be expected to;
Have a practical, hands on approach to work.
Have a good attention to detail.
Be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Have a strong work ethic and reliability.
Be willing to learn new skills.
