Job Description
Workshop Operative/Labourer Required Bedford - Immediate Start Available
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8.15am-4.45pm, Friday 8.15am-1.45pm
Responsibilities
Assist with pressure testing of various pump components
Assist with rigging and derigging
Prepare pumps for dispatch
Assist with general operation activities
Use overhead cranes and forklift trucks to move large and heavy items
Loading and unloading of vehicles
Collection and delivery of smaller partsRequirements
Experience working within a similar mechanical assembly environment
Full UK driving license
Qualified overhead crane and forklift user
Good verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Proactive and willingness to learn and develop technical skillsWhat our Client offers
