Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:45am - 4:40pm.
A well-established signage and engraving company, founded over 50 years ago, is seeking to expand its team. Specialising in high-quality signage, engraving, and print solutions, they cater to a diverse range of industries, including industrial, commercial, and retail sectors. Are you experienced working with wood, metals, steel, or aluminium? Do you have a hands-on approach and enjoy working with a variety of machinery? Our client is currently looking to recruit a Workshop Operative or a Workshop Supervisor / Manager to join their busy team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain workshop machinery, including computer engravers, laser engravers, screen printers, drills, circular saws, and sanders.
Carry out high-quality fabrication and assembly tasks across wood, metals, steel, and aluminium.
For supervisory/managerial applicants: manage workshop operations, coordinate workflow, and support a team of skilled operatives.
Ensure safe working practices and maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.Who We're Looking For:
Someone with practical, hands-on experience in a workshop environment.
Experience across wood, metals, steel, or aluminium fabrication.
