Job Title: Workshop Plant Fitter
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus Scheme
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Day Shift
Overtime: Paid at time and a half

Carry out routine service, maintenance, and repairs on a range of plant equipment
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently in a workshop environment
Work on excavators, dumpers, rollers, and other construction plant machinery
Ensure all equipment is safe and fit for hire or use
Complete job cards and maintenance records accuratelyWorkshop Plant Fitter Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience working with plant or construction machinery
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Good understanding of hydraulics, electrics, and diesel engines
