Job Title: Workshop Plant Fitter
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus Scheme
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Day Shift
Overtime: Paid at time and a half
Are you an experienced Plant Fitter looking for a stable, workshop-based role with no weekend work, great earning potential, and a friendly team environment? We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our growing workshop team.

Workshop Plant Fitter – Job Role:
Carry out service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of plant machinery (excavators, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers, etc.)
Perform fault finding and diagnostics in a workshop environment
Ensure all machinery is compliant, safe, and ready for hire or return to customers
Complete job cards and service documentation accurately
Maintain high standards of health & safety and cleanliness in the workshop
Workshop Plant Fitter – Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent (preferred)
Experience working with plant or construction equipment
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Good communication and time management skills
