Our well-established client, a respected manufacturer specialising in high-quality engineered products, is seeking experienced Workshop Production Operatives to join their expanding workshop team in the Norwich area.
What You'll Be Doing:
Constructing, assembling and finishing precision-engineered products using both hand and power tools
Working on complex builds requiring engineering knowledge and technical aptitude
Fabricating sub-assemblies for sophisticated product ranges
Collaborating with CAD designers and workshop management on innovative solutions
Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the production process
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
Strong engineering background or demonstrable technical aptitude
Experience with precision manufacturing or assembly work
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Practical problem-solving skills and methodical approach
Team player with excellent communication skills
Own transport for reliable commute to Norwich area
Clean driving licence
Highly Desirable:
Previous experience with hand/power tools in manufacturing environment
Understanding of quality systems (ISO9001 advantageous)
Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods (Winter months)
