We are currently seeking a highly skilled Trailer Workshop Supervisor on behalf of a prominent national commercial vehicle services company based in Nuneaton. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role within a busy and dynamic workshop environment.

Oversee trailer repairs, servicing, and inspections, ensuring work is completed to high standards efficiently
Plan and prioritise workload to meet customer deadlines and optimise workflow
Maintain health and safety standards within the workshop, ensuring a safe working environment
Keep accurate records of all work performed and process relevant documentation promptly
Identify cost-effective repair methods and optimise warranty claim opportunities
Manage workshop stock levels, assist with holiday cover, and coordinate overtime as needed
Support and develop technicians through training, sharing knowledge to build a cohesive team
Deliver excellent customer service, representing the company professionally, and identifying additional business opportunitiesRequirements for the Trailer Workshop Supervisor position:

Qualified trailer technician with City & Guilds Level 1, 2, 3, or equivalent
Demonstrable experience in trailer servicing and repair
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills and a professional, proactive attitude
Basic computer skills; training provided
