Salary: Approx. £50,000 + 10% Bonus + Overtime + 33 Days Holiday

The Opportunity
As Workshop Supervisor, you will lead a team of 5 engineers within a workshop environment, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll also act as the primary technical contact for both customers and suppliers.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining team management with technical involvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 5 engineers
* Drive productivity, quality standards, and operational processes
* Deliver training and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Act as the main technical point of contact for the workshop & Service Co-ordinator.
About You
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader
* Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes, winches, motors, and rotating equipment
* Hands-on experience with stripping, inspection, and repair of mechanical components.
* Ambitious and ready to progress into a Workshop Supervisor role.
* Flexible & available for occasional travel or overtime.
