Job Summary:
My client, a large Plant Company operating nationwide, is looking for a dedicated Workshop Supervisor to join their team.
Daily Duties for the Workshop Supervisor:
Manage the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
Oversee equipment repair and maintenance on the plant equipment.
Overseeing recruitment, training and employee progression.
Supporting apprentices.Qualifications needed for the Workshop Supervisor:
Proven experience in a workshop environment with strong mechanical knowledge within Plant/ Agriculture/Heavy goods or similar industries.
Leadership and organisational skills.
Computer literate.
