Workshop Supervisor – Commercial Garage
Location: Aberdeen Area
Salary: £57,000 Basic + £2,000 Joining Bonus + Overtime Available
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
We are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our busy and well-established commercial garage in the Aberdeen area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and motivated individual with a strong background in HGV/PSV maintenance and previous supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations within the workshop
Allocate work, manage workflow, and ensure timely completion of repairs and servicing
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance with DVSA regulations
Lead, support, and develop the team of technicians
Liaise with customers and management to ensure excellent service deliveryRequirements:
Level 3 qualification in HGV or PSV Maintenance & Repair (essential)
Proven supervisory experience in a similar role
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of commercial vehicle maintenance and workshop operationsWhat’s on Offer:
