Workshop Technician - Agricultural Machinery
Location: Angus | 39hrs + OT
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:00pm (OT paid at time and a half, weekends double pay as stated)

What You'll Be Doing:
Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on agricultural machinery.
Hands-on work with diagnostics, hydraulics, electrics, and mechanical systems.
Mentoring and coaching workshop staff and apprentices.
Ensuring work meets high-quality standards and safety regulations.
Contributing to training plans and identifying skills gaps in the team.
What We're Looking For:
Experienced agricultural or mechanical technician - someone with real hands-on skills.
Comfortable mentoring, sharing knowledge, and leading by example.
Confident with diagnostics, problem-solving, and workshop machinery.
Reliable, proactive, and passionate about high-quality work.
Willing to travel occasionally if required and flexible with training.
