Role: Workshop Technician – Aircraft Maintenance
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £37k
We are currently looking for a Workshop Engineer to work on mechanical and structural component maintenance activities on aircrafts. As Workshop Engineer you must promote a safety-first culture, working to the highest levels of regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Assemble aircraft components from a kit in line with drawings and specifications using solid and blind riveting, bolting ect.
Manufacture a range metal detail components requiring some bending and detail fitting techniques.
Completing documentation as required and reporting any problems promptly.
Understanding and interpreting technical drawings.Requirements:
Previous experience within aircraft maintenance Base/Workshops.
Apprenticeship or HM Forces equivalent training certification.
Formal mechanical engineering qualification.
